This A3+ sublimation package includes an Epson Ecotank ET-15000 printer; this printer is part of the Epson Ecotank range and is therefore supplied from Epson with an inbuilt ink tank system similar to a Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS). The benefit of using an Ecotank printer is there is no need to fit a Continuous Ink System or use refillable ink cartridges to enable the printer to use sublimation ink. Simply fill the Ecotank ink tanks with the supplied Inktec Sublinova sublimation ink using the needles and syringes provided and you are ready to print. This simplicity makes the Epson Ecotank ET- 15000 an ideal choice for anyone wanting a hassle-free step into sublimation printing.

Epson Ecotank ET-15000 printer

Not only is this printer easy to use, but it offers excellent value and includes some amazing functions you won’t find on other printers. A robust printer able to print A4, A3 and A3+ paper size across two paper trays. It also features an A4 sized scanner / copier facility, 6.8cm colour LCD display screen and USB / WIFI connectivity.

The main attraction of this printer is the Ecotank, and the biggest advantage of it is the fact that it will never ask for ink. No ink out messages will interrupt your printing, meaning you can stack up the paper feed and leave it printing indefinitely. The printer will never stop printing if it has ink in the tank and paper in the feed. For this reason alone, multiple customers have switched to this system. Moreover, the print quality is outstanding for a 4-colour machine. The Ecotank ink tanks hold around 70ml of ink in the colour tanks and 127ml black ink in the large black tank. Images are rich in colour and transferred images lose no detail.

Inktec Sublinova Smart Sublimation Ink

Supplied in 100ml sealed bottles the package includes 1 x CMY+ 2 x K – 100ml cyan, magenta, yellow and 200ml black (5 x 100ml in total). Inktec Sublinova Smart inks are one of the most renowned and high-quality sublimation inks available on the UK market. Images created with this ink are vibrant in colour, and incredibly sharp. The black ink offers unparalleled black transfer resulting in unrivalled monochrome reproduction. Inktec Sublinova inks make use of InkTecs dispersed technology. This means Sublinova Smart inks offer unrivalled print quality and smooth ink flow providing the added benefit of not clogging your print head.

These inks are also accredited with the prestigious Eco Passport by the Oeko-Tex® Association.

A3 Ink Express Sublimation Paper

Subli-Sharp – Subli-Sharp Dye Sublimation paper has been manufactured specifically for dye sublimation applications. Ideal for use in sublimation inkjet printers such as Epson and Ricoh; colours appear rich and vibrant, while the lines of the print don’t bleed, creating an unrivalled picture quality. Subli-Sharp papers smooth finish permits ink to sit slightly under its surface allowing for an instant dry finish straight out of the printer. This means the print can be instantly pressed without having to worry about wet ink ruining your print when the paper is applied. Designed specifically for use with harder substrates Ink Express Subli-Sharp paper gives the highest quality finishes on ceramics, metals, plastics and coated glass.

Subli-Textile -Subli-Textile high release sublimation paper is designed for use with soft substrates such as fabrics and leather. It has a high release coating that gives 75% increase in ink release on to the product resulting in brighter, more vibrant colours and deeper blacks allowing users to provide superior products to their customers. It gives fantastic results on polyester canvas, poly-cotton and silk fabrics as well as PU leather.

Subli-Smart – Subli-Smart High Release sublimation paper is our dual-purpose premium sublimation paper. Subli-Smart allows you to use the same paper for all your sublimation printing.  This paper is specifically designed to be used when printing on both hard and soft substrates. Subli-Smart has a high release coating which means that the ink sits close to the surface, 95% of the ink printed onto the paper is then released when pressed. This results in brighter, more vibrant colours and deeper blacks allowing users to provide superior products to their customers. The paper is specially formulated to give excellent results when used on hard and soft substrates, offering fantastic results on polyester canvas and poly-cotton, as well hard surfaces such as ceramic, wood and slate.

ICC Profile

An ICC Profile is used to match the colours the printer produces as closely as possible to the colours displayed on the computer screen. An ICC profile is made to match a particular printer, paper and ink setup. A custom-made ICC profile is provided with this package and has been made to match the ET-15000 printer, Inktec Sublinova Ink and sublimation paper of your choice to ensure the best possible results. Warranty: It is important to note that this bundle includes a standard Epson inkjet printer supplied for the purpose of sublimation printing. The additional items within the bundle enable the end user to ‘convert’ the printer to be used for sublimation printing. As such we do advise potential buyers to be aware this may affect the manufacturer warranty. Any concerns should be addressed with the printer manufacturer. The printer is brand new and includes manufacturers warranty for 12 months (1 year) and covers all aspects of fault or failure excluding the printing head as none genuine inks are being used.
