Epson Printer Service


This is the ideal option for those who have a printer that needs a general service, whether you have lines in your prints,
a blockage, missing colours or just need to refresh your system we will tailor the service to suit your printers needs.

To include:
• Print head cleaning
• Roller cleaning
• Alignment checks/changes
• System priming – Continuous Ink System (CISS)
• Waste counter reading

Please allow up to one week for a full service to be completed.

Waste Counter Reset


If you have a waste kit/printer potty already fitted to your printer and simply just need a reset we can do it for you whilst
you wait. Using a one time reset key code your waste counters will be reset so you can continue to print in no time
at all.

Waste Kit Fitting and Reset (No Service)


All Epson printers have inbuilt counters that count the number of pages a printer produces, the number of head cleans
executed and various other attributes. Once a critical level is reached the printer will enter its service mode. Commonly
this is shown by a message saying ‘Parts inside your printer are at the end of their service life.’ At this point the printer
shuts down and enters its ‘service mode’. Customers can either choose to purchase a new printer or here at Ink
Express we can fit a waste ink tank which allows any ‘waste ink’ to bypass the pads and collect in a small box that we
fit onto the side of the printer. We use a one time reset key code which takes your counters back to zero, prolonging the life
of your printer and without the expense of a new one.

Please allow 4-5 days for this to be completed.

Please Note – Waste kits can be fitted to most printer models but please contact us beforehand with the model of your
printer so we can confirm that this service can be offered.

Waste Kit Fitting, Reset and Full Service


If you require a waste ink tank to be fitted, a reset and would also like a full service at the same time then we can do this
for you no problem. You will receive a tailored service to your printer as well as a reset and waste kit fitted.

Maintenance Box Fitting


If you have an Epson Ecotank Printer and your printer is displaying the message ‘maintenance box needs replacing’ we
can fit this for you. We do have a range of maintenance boxes, price of the box itself can vary, please see link below
for pricing.

Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS) Fitting


If you have a printer and would like to change from cartridges or refillable cartridges to a Continuous Ink Supply System
then we can fit one of these for you. Please note that the cost of £10.00 covers the cost of fitting only so you would need
to purchase the CISS and ink separately. We will not fit a CISS from another supplier or manufacturer. Please see CISS
and ink bottle refills for additional pricing.

Please note:

• A deposit will be taken.
• We only service Epson inkjet and sublimation printers.
• We do NOT require you to bring any cables with you (when 2pin connector).
• Time taken is an estimate and depends on the printer fault.
• We do not replace parts, we recommend an Epson service centre should you need any printer parts replacing (print
heads, rollers, carriage etc).
