Description
Ink Express “Nozzle Rocket” cleaning solution is the best way to remove blockages from your printer.
Supplied bottled in 100ml volumes the kit includes a 10ml syringe and rubber syringe adaptor for applying the fluid as well as fully annotated and photographed instructions for use.
The micro-pezio printing heads found in Epson inkjet printers have extremely small nozzles which can block up due to poor quality ink, extreme temperature and most commonly simply lack of use. If the ink has dried inside the printing head standard head cleaning facilities found in the printers maintenance area will not cure the blockage and a stronger method is required.
Our solution is manufactured in Germany by one of the World’s leading ink manufacturers / suppliers. It has been designed to break down the ink to unblock and unclog printing heads whilst ensuring that the printing head is safe at all times; harsh chemicals can cause more harm to the printing head than good. The fluid is water based and will not harm the printing head, skin or any surface if it spilled.
By using a high concentrate of ethelyne glycol in its formulation our solution is able to dissolve even the most stubborn dried ink. Suitable for any Aquarius inks including dye and pigment based inks. This can also be used to unblock printers that have been using dye sublimation inks which commonly block the printing head jets.
Due to its neutral PH balance our cleaning solution can be used on all models of printers – As long as you can access the print head our solution will clean it.
Our “Nozzle Rocket” cleaning solution is supplied with a detailed instruction guide for ease of use.
Use in Epson Printers
To use in Epson models Ink Express recommend pushing the cleaning solution directly through the print head. This is achieved using the supplied syringe and rubber adaptor.
The cleaning solution can work in as little time as 30 minutes, but best results are achieved when it is left to soak for 24 hours, the cleaning process can be repeated for very severe blockages. We have sold this cleaning fluid for many years and use it ourselves to repair printers locally.
Please Note – some Epson printers have completely integrated print heads that cannot be cleaned in this way. Take care when pushing the cleaning solution through the printhead as too much pressure can perforate the head.
Use in Canon Printers
Canon printers will usually allow you to remove your print head.
With the print head removed fill a small container with some of our cleaning solution.
Place your print head in the container so the solution covers the silver gauze on the inside of the print head.
Leave for 24 hours and dry thoroughly before reinstalling the print head.
Use in Other Brands
As long as you have access to the print head our “Nozzle Rocket” solution can be used.
Should your print head be removable then bathe in the same way you would a Canon.
If the head is integrated it should be pumped through the nozzles in the same way as the Epson.
