Prices

All our prices include the postage and packaging, the price you see is the price you pay. Depending on the product(s) you order we shall ship your item(s) either Royal Mail 1^st Class Recorded or Next Day Courier with Interlink Express.

Smaller items such as ink cartridges, bulk ink refill bottles, and media are usually sent with Royal Mail, larger, heavier items such as printers, continuous ink systems and photographic paper are sent with next day courier.

Tracking

Both services require a signature for security purposes, and are traceable through Royal Mail’s online track and trace or Interlink Express’s online tracking system.

Turn Around

We endeavour to ship your item(s) as quickly and efficiently as possible, orders for in-stock items placed before 3pm will be dealt with the shipped the same evening. If you order past this time your order may not be shipped until the following day.

We ship all our orders using the most efficient delivery methods possible and aim to get your goods with you as soon as possible, though delivery is not guaranteed. Royal Mail’s 1^st Class service aims to delivery within 1-2 days however delays during peak times or industrial action can cause delays.

Optional Courier Upgrade

We offer an optional upgrade to our Interlink Courier delivery for £3.95 inc. VAT if you wish to ensure an item arrives the following day this is a cost effective option.

This option should not be selected if the following applies-

1)      Item is out of stock or is 2-3 day delivery

2)      Order has been placed after 3pm

3)      Order has been placed on a Friday (next working day will be Monday)

Interlink Express Next Day delivery service is next working day and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. Interlink do not give times when parcels will be delivered however we can obtain and hourly assigned time slot on the day of delivery.

Exclusions

Delivery is to UK Mainland only; this excludes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other Offshore Islands. We are happy to delivery outside of the UK Mainland but please contact us prior to making an order so we can gain a price for delivery.

With recent events, until further notice we are unable to ship outside of the UK with Airmail, all oversears orders are being sent with Road Mail. With this service please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
